Directions

• By Road – From Kingsbridge take Dartmouth road, A379, as far as Frogmore, where you turn right and follow signs for East Portlemouth. Please be cautious using Sat Nav to find property. It can take you along lower tidal road from South Pool which becomes flooded at high tide! (Check levels at Kingsbridge & see map below)

• By Rail – To Totnes railway station and then either bus to Kingsbridge and taxi to East Portlemouth, or bus to Salcombe and then ferry to East Portlemouth

• By Coach – Travel to Totnes, then buses as above.

• Parking - There is space for two cars by the house. Please ensure you are only using the area designated for The Port (the far end by the entrance gate) as the parking is for 3 other properties as well. Extra on-road parking is possible opposite The Old Stable cafe.

This shows the last 20mins or so of the driving route. The tidal route looks shorter, but is narrower, more wiggly and can be cut off at high tide. The ‘high’ non-tidal road is generally recommended.
